Teff (Eragrostis tef), a cereal grain native to Ethiopia.
Teff is a staple cereal in Ethiopia and is primarily grown for domestic consumption. However, in recent years, there has been growing interest in exporting teff and its products due to increased demand from the Ethiopian diaspora and health-conscious consumers abroad. Teff flour, used to make injera (a traditional Ethiopian flatbread), is the most common teff product exported.
